How YU-BI Works
ONE CLEAR ROUTE.
Five clear stages, with the client involved from the first conversation to file closure.
Appointments: Consultations are either online by Microsoft Teams or in person at the Bujumbura office. A booking request is not final until YU-BI confirms the appointment by email.

1Booking + ConsultationWe discuss your goal, background and the service you need. We explain realistic pathways, important requirements and what YU-BI can and cannot do before you commit.
2Agreement + Service TermsThe scope, responsibilities and applicable service fees are confirmed in writing before you proceed. Third-party charges are separate unless the agreement says otherwise.
3Work on the FileWe prepare the agreed forms, documents and supporting material with you. Your email, personal accounts, payment details and final choices remain under your control.
4Review + Submit + RespondYou review the file before submission. We support submission, correspondence, evidence updates and replies within the agreed service; where regulated advice is required, an appropriately licensed professional is involved or recommended.
5Decision + ClosureThe school, employer or government authority makes the decision, not YU-BI. We notify you, review the outcome and next administrative steps within our scope, then close the file or agree on a further service.
IF APPROVED
We notify you, review the next steps and close the file. Any completion fee or final payment that applies will be the amount stated in your signed service agreement.
IF REFUSED
We review the decision with you and identify the official next-step options stated in the decision. If regulated legal or immigration advice is needed, we direct you to an appropriately licensed professional.

TRANSPARENT ADVICEIf another route looks more suitable, we tell you before moving forward.
Your applicable YU-BI service fees are confirmed after assessment and stated in your service agreement before you proceed. Government, school, medical, translation and other third-party charges are separate unless your agreement expressly says otherwise. No visa, job, admission or residence outcome is guaranteed.
